KleerCard is a Visa Commercial card plus spend software built for churches, schools, and nonprofits. The Bancorp Bank, N.A. issues the KleerCard account to the organization, not to a pastor or treasurer personally. KleerCard is not a credit union and does not hold checking or savings deposits.

AdelFi's Ministry Card is the "Gives to Missions" Visa Business Rewards card. Christian Community Credit Union and AdelFi merged on December 1, 2025. The combined organization launched the AdelFi Christian Banking brand on May 19, 2026. Systems are still moving onto one platform through 2026. Timeline and membership notes live on AdelFi's merger page.
AdelFi donates a portion of interchange through Cards that Give to Missions and publishes $6.9 million given since 1995.
AdelFi lists MAF and International Ministries variants of the same business rewards card. The MAF and International Ministries cards share the rewards model. They are not separate spend platforms.
AdelFi is also a credit union. Checking, savings, and ministry loans are a different purchase from this card comparison.

AdelFi's Ministry Card has no annual fee. Rewards run through CURewards at 1.5 points per dollar, paid as 1.5% cash back, plus a $300 bonus after $3,000 of spend in the first three months. AdelFi also publishes a separate nonprofit Visa Business Card with a $40 annual fee per card. Those fees belong to a different AdelFi product.
KleerCard charges no card annual fee. Software is Free with a wallet deposit, Standard at $29 a month for up to 15 users, or Pro at $49 a month for up to 30. Paid plans include a weekly credit line.
A church that puts $8,000 a month on the AdelFi Ministry Card earns about $120 a month at 1.5%, or $1,440 a year before the first-year bonus. KleerCard Standard costs $348 a year. AdelFi cash back holds if the team can live with basic limits and a QuickBooks statement. If finance still codes funds by hand after every cycle, the AdelFi reward is only part of the cost.

AdelFi lets you issue employee cards and set a limit per cardholder. Vendor pages do not list virtual cards, merchant locks, or time windows. A youth leader who needs a $400 retreat card that expires on Sunday will not find that workflow on the published AdelFi card.
KleerCard issues unlimited virtual and physical cards. You can restrict a card by amount, merchant category, and time window, and auto-lock the card when a receipt is missing. A single-use virtual card for a mission-trip van rental is the usual example.
If you need the mechanics for events and trips, read virtual cards for churches, schools, and mission trips.

AdelFi's published path is a QuickBooks statement download or sync. There is no native connection to Aplos, Realm, Shelby, ParishSOFT, ACS Technologies, or Blackbaud. Coding to funds happens after the statement lands.
KleerCard connects to Aplos, Realm, Shelby, ParishSOFT, ACS Technologies, Blackbaud, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and NetSuite. A KleerCard charge can carry the fund when it posts, so finance does not re-key the fund after the statement.
KleerCard's current platform list is on the integrations list.

AdelFi is a member-owned credit union. A church applies for membership through its affiliation or statement of faith, then applies for the card.
AdelFi's marketing pages do not publish a blanket personal-guarantee rule. The Ministry Card Rewards agreement names the officer who opened the account as personally obligated for charges. Read that document before you brief the board.
KleerCard does not require credit-union membership. Underwriting looks at the organization's financials. The published path does not require a personal guarantee.
More options that skip a personal guarantee are in credit cards for nonprofits with no personal guarantee.
